Delivery Problems in Epsom Area

Can anyone tell me why the mail is slow to reach the sorting office in Epsom, we have regular deliveries, and our post comes from across the country but in the last week we have hardly received any at all.

I think because of the snow this last week has been a lot quieter than usual across the country, certainly here in Huddersfield it has been very quiet. So it may not be just Epsom. I would expect it too pick up quite soon.

There's certainly something going on at Epsom sorting office. A parcel posted to me on 15th January hasn't yet arrived, and one I posted first classto Kent on 20th January has yet to be delivered.

Unless its been bad for a year I doubt these 2 posts are connected other than coincidence. Also Epsom is a Delivery Office so if there are any problems it won't affect the Kent Parcel as this goes straight to the MC after collection.

Epsom is my local DO and I would say service seems to have improved quite a lot over the past month or so. When park and loop came in deliveries on my street went completely to pot, but things seem to be on a more even keel now (fingers crossed)
