i`m not getting any info ..from anyone on the fact that 6`oclock starts from tomorrow.
so is that it ??? are the cwu still fighting this issue ??

THEY ARE PUSHING IT IN BY E/A.
WE WERE TOLD TO PUT OUR INDIVIDUAL CASES FORWARD TO DUM IE CHILDCARE, SECOND JOB ETC.

Be careful what action you take,the union should still be dealing with this,but RM are bringing it in by ex action and are proberly hoping for a reaction..ie an unofficial walkout,be careful how you react.

Well m4 Ihave been informed on the qt that there is a legal response in the offing , I do not know how reliable this response is but I have been assured i will be pleasantly surprised
Could be s**t could be true : give it ten days then walk out or it is set in stone;

As it stands yes.

But.................... the union is fighting it on 2 fronts. Through legal action and by way of localised strike action. At our place 2 hr strikes at end of duty on Thu, Fri and Sat looks likely.

a guy at our office went to the dom and said he had a childcare problem with the new times and could he help at all . . . . he was told " yeah no problem all you have to do is sign up to the flexibility clause as an individual" and he was handed a form to do so . . . . . . . if this happens to you DO NOT SIGN THAT FORM it will not help you it's just another way of getting the deal sneaked in :so there
