Lost parcel...can anyone advise?

Hello there...I'm hoping some kind person reading this can help. My parcel which has been sent from the US (the USPS tracking says left on the 22nd Dec) seems to have disappeared into thin air! It doesn't come up on the UK track and trace, they've tried at my main PO, customer services say as far as they're concerned it hasn't entered the UK. What can I do next?
The tracking number is: LZ156108641US

TrueBlueTerrier, many thanks, I will do that. USPS tracking not easy to understand, I have emailed them too. Fingers crossed!

Chances are that it's stuck at customs. Until customs release the item to RM, there's nothing that RM could do. It's not unheard of for items to take 30 days+ to pass through HWDC
