I accept parcels will get lost. The shear number of packages that get sent mean a small percentage must fall through the gaps. Especially coming Internationally. I completely understand.
However so far I have a 75% missing parcel record. Of the four items ordered from the US in the past 6 months, 3 are currently missing.
LZ159295373US supposedly delivered last week.
LZ656044406US sent in September 2013, still not delivered. Even the replacement sent out a month later has also failed to show.
I work from home, and have been home on every single delivery date. No attempt has been made to deliver these parcels, no 'sorry we missed you' note.
Thoughts people? Any ideas as to where my parcels may be?

Both have at some point been scanned into Streatham DO and out for delivery so I would raise a query with Customer Services and alert them there is a problem. I can see 1 going missing, but 3 in the same office and 2 tracked seems very strange. Although its possible, but unlikely that they may have been passed to a neighbour.
