I run an internet business from Bulgaria and post maybe 30+ items to the UK every week. Over the Christmas period I was amazed at how fast things were going through. However since the new year most seem to be getting stuck at Heathrow. the date the previous poster quoted of Jan 9th is one showing on at least 10 parcels of mine.

Since the packages from Bulgaria do not have full tracking, how can I contact Heathrow DC or the local mail office so that I get info from them. I sent the item back to the seller since it did not fit the description, so I think the seller is not interested in receiving it. For me, it is very important to know where the package is and I would be very grateful if you can give me contact details of Heathrow DC or the local mail ofice.
