Parcel stuck at Heathrow Langley HWDC

Well, after all this mess, finally I got my parcel. I've been waiting for 5 weeks, for something that was delivered to my city (Leeds) on time, but because someone forgot to do their job propely, they had to sent back to HWDC, to sort out someone's mess, after that i don't know how, magically it turns up on my mail box on Saturday. Could've been worse if they have decided to send back to Portugal. Iam really disappointed with Langley HWDC. They ought pay me after all this trouble.

hello, i have ordered some packages from china, i track my items and it says that are arrived in sorting centre, then it says that there was an unsuccessful delivery 3. I just want to know how can i arrange a redelivery? or which company is responsible for delivery?

Try using the tracking page at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails - if Royal Mail are delivering the item then there should be some details on that page

Items from China aren't tracked, the first scan will likely be when delivery is attempted

I have had the same issue for the first time in 4-5 years of ordering from abroad, RB775203187CN has shown as arrived at HWDC 06/11/13 and still waiting usually 2-3 days at HWDC and its delivered, its really frustrating the not know when or if it will get delivered!!

Hi, I am awaiting a package from Italy, when i track it it sauys it arrived to Heathrow on the 6th December, i called Royal Mail, they advised me its going through customs, but they cant tell me how long itll be. Who can i contact to get mor info. Its been sitting in Heathrow since and i would like to know an update.

You cannot contact anyone for more information - it'll take as long as it takes to get through, at the busiest time of year.

I've sent a parcel from Portugal to Kutaisi (in Georgia) on the 23 rd of December 2013. Checked Internet site and it says that my parcel is at LANGLEY HWDC since the 27 th of December. I would like to know why is that stopped in England for 2 weeks now.

We are not an official site so we cannot give you a definitive answer.

But best guess is that is was misdirected to the UK, who have either sent it onward without tracking, or returned it back to Portugal.

As you can see the item has arrived in Langley, I really don't no what to do as there is no way of speaking to anyone at Langley, I would think that the fault lies with royal mail but I no that they will tell me to contact the company I ordered it from, and the compny I ordered from will tell me to contact royal mail as this has happened before to a few friends. Can any body give me some advice please.

You ordered it from China but for some reason the country code is the one for Singapore "SG"

A few possibilities - the sender is using a cloned code.

Its held up in customs for some reason - this is the most likely possibility as they seem to be quite keen at the moment on catching "Fake Goods" and China/HongKong is well known for that.

There is a chance its lost in transit somewhere, but thats probably the least likely.

I would hang on for another week or so then start badgering the sender, its there responsibility to get the item to you.
