so would i have to go there and collect the parcel?? if so how come i thought they deliver it to me

Just ring them and ask them what's up if it isn't delivered to you tomorrow. For your parcel to arrive at the delivery office after 6:30 and be scanned again less than four hours later COULD mean they've attempted to deliver it but couldn't gain access/no answer etc but also that it may not have actually left the office at all today. 10 am seems too early for it to have been taken out and brought back. There are a few variations in the way offices work atm so I can't give you a definitive answer I'm afraid. If they had indeed tried to deliver it but they didn't get an answer when they called they should have left a red card saying as much. Your parcel MAY just not have been ready to be delivered by the postie by the time he left this morning.
If no joy tomorrow, give them a call.

They'll send you a grey card through the post and it will have details on how you can pay. The choices are, paying in person with case, paying on line with a card and paying the amount with stamps and attaching them to the card and returning it.

However you have never said if you have a PO Box at that office - do you - if so it should be there when you next collect your mail/or when the postie collects and delivers it.

no i never bought a po box as i allways have the item deilverd to my home
