Hi!
Long story short, I purchased something via paypal and didn't realize that one of the addresses listed for me hadn't been fully updated...correct number and street but incorrect former post code.
The package shows as delivered and signed for, but not by me or my neighbors.
Oddly enough, I moved from one mews to another, both of which have a #9. Luckily I know the resident of the other #9 from the post code listed on the package and she didn't sign for it.
Am I just out of luck? I called and asked, and was given a reference number, but I don't hold out too much hope.
Thanks for any insight you can offer. :(

Does the house number and incorrect postcode give a bona fide address? If so it *may* have gone there.AccidentalExPat wrote:Hi!

If you have a reference number and the delivery was made using a PDA (postman's handheld thingy) they may use this to check GPS of delivery.
However if a signature is obtained at the address on the parcel you are unlikely to get compensation from RM :(
