hello i ordered a item from the us using first class usps. the tracking is LZ158003215US .the parcel has enterd the uk. and is currently HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC. does this mean its still in customs or what?. as the tracking still has not updated.http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
the item that was sent to me is called kontrol freeks and its pretty much a bit of plastic and rubber stuck together

Pretty much. As this has been just 24 hours, it should move shortly. I hope you have better luck than me, I've had an item stuck at Heathrow since November 5th that was never updated, delivered or returned to sender. I've eventually been told by Royal Mail it's "lost" although I had pretty much worked that out for myself.
