Hi,
from December 12, I'm waiting for a product,
http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
the response message is always this:
Your item, posted on 12/12/13 with reference RU198202395GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in ITALY.
but from the site of the Italian post is still not registered / non-existent / not arrived,
http://www.poste.it/online/dovequando/home.do" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
(the track number not change)
what can I do?
thank for the attention
best regards

Re: From December 12, stationary items / lost, with track nu
it was sent very close to the last airmail posting date for christmas, i would imagine that it may be caught up some where and should arrive soon after the new year,
also if it was sent by surface mail that it definitely missed the deadline for christmas
i would advise contacting the sender to find out whats happened to the package and what service he used
