There is no extra pay for over time, it's just extra hours paid at your standard hourly rate.

If you are AWR eligible, I believe you get an 'overtime' rate after 35 hours in a week (Sat-Fri)

That is correct certainly on night shifts the reason for it is that part of the rate includes a shift allowance the same as the regular employees.
As they do not get paid extra shift allowance for overtime then they cant pay it to us either as that would obviously be unfair.

Unfortunately, it is also less than my normal shift pay without any shift allowances.

Going by a pre Christmas week I just did, it's cumulative across shifts (as I covered different shifts) and goes down after 35 and 2/3 hours and again after 45 and 2/3 hours.

That's with Angard anyway
