lost postage -_-
Hello my name is mohaemd, I'm from Egypt i have sent a postage to my friend in uk like 9 months ago and it never goes to her and i want to know what did happen to my postage, the tracking number is RS003728209EG and in the post office site here in Egypt it says it reached LANGLEY HWDC at 3/26/2013 5:14:00 PM but no more info about my post so what do i should do ???

Some items from abroad are delivered without a signature being recorded.
Has the person here you sent it to confirmed that it has definitely not been received by her ?

Sorry Mohammed but we are not an official Royal Mail site so we cannot help you in an official way. You are best contacting Egypt post and submitting a claim, they will then get Royal Mail to investigate its loss.
