If you add in the extra holiday pay, that could be worth upto 1% of your basic pay if I am not wrong?

Yes - the change is in your basic wage - so it flows through to everything based on that, including overtime.mozsupportsrovers wrote:just another quick one....as i cant see it in that link, with the back pay, does that include overtime done(so overall earnings) or just on your contracted hours??

Re: Pounds shillings and pence please!
For a FT'er the backdated pay, assuming it's paid at the end of Jan, would be approx £300-350 take home.SWIM wrote:Trueblueterrier,do you know if we'll get the 200 this Friday?

You are the extra holiday is only for SA and is based on your leave entitlement . So not everyone will get it.
Scheduled Attendance payments in Royal Mail core operations during periods of annual leave will be improved from four weeks a year to the employee’s annual leave entitlement,

Re: Pounds shillings and pence please!
I take it we don't get it on network as we don't get scheduled but we do get 4 weeks paid when we take our leave. Shame as it would be worth another £400 to me.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:cloherty1976 wrote:If you add in the extra holiday pay, that could be worth upto 1% of your basic pay if I am not wrong?
