£200 lump sum payment for each full time eligible employee (pro rata for part- timers) in post on 1 October 2013, in recognition of business progress. This will be paid before Christmas in addition to any Christmas bonus.

Its not just you, but I wish people would check the LTB before asking a question - yours is the 3rd or 4th post asking for information which is already available.

Yes - the change is in your basic wage - so it flows through to everything based on that, including overtime.

No date has been given, but I think it will be paid at the same time as the Xmas bonus - so it may be 20th Dec

For a FT'er the backdated pay, assuming it's paid at the end of Jan, would be approx £300-350 take home.

You are the extra holiday is only for SA and is based on your leave entitlement . So not everyone will get it.

You are the extra holiday is only for SA and is based on your leave entitlement . So not everyone will get it.

I take it we don't get it on network as we don't get scheduled but we do get 4 weeks paid when we take our leave. Shame as it would be worth another £400 to me.
