my package stalled in heathrow worldwide dc what now need to do? i look forward to its already been two weeks....

Nothing you can do - the HWDC is the busiest Mail centre at the moment because it deals with all incoming and outgoing mail. Also they have to wait for clearance from HM Customs as well and that can take quite a while sometimes.
