Why does it clearly show 2 items on my redelivery confirmation email and only 1 turned up?, I even got an email from Royal Snail asking me to check with other people in the house in case they had it. I'm here alone all day so either I'm mad or one of my family has sneaked in and is a thief, is that what they mean?

Human error perhaps - check with the local office rather than the central customer service number - at least thats my UNOFFICIAL advice.

quite probably just been an accident an only one item picked up for redelivery, i would call your delivery office on the morning and they will be able to confirm
