Several international posters on another forum I haunt have complained of long delays in receiving box sets of records from the UK. UK buyers received there's at the end of Octiber whereas other buyers from Poland, the US, Belgium, Canada etc have only gleaned the info that their purchases are still at Heathrow.
A metal ammo case containing, records, cds, badges etc, maybe the container has customs interested?

Anyone? This has been dragging on for 7 weeks now and very few have arrived at the buyers' addresses.

Not a lot anyone from RM can help with to be honest if it's being held at Customs.
I am not sure if this option is viable but I am sure there are numbers you on the Heathrow customs site that might be able to shed some light on the situation.
