I had my mail delivered today.

Post by Boilieman »

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Decided to go fishing for the day and i received a text from my wife informing me our mail had been delivered. It was delivered early aswell, before my son went to school.

Got home and sure enough, there were 5 letters there including October's Courier magazine.

Thukin eck, what is wrong with some people.

Same here guys, my postman delivered our mail today, I managed to speak to him & asked why he was working, he's a full time employee & stated he couldn't afford to lose the money, well, im a part-timer in a different town & told him this but he didn't seem too bothered, he's been a R.M employee for 12 years & i've only been with the company 2 months but when you are fighting for your rights you should all stick together.

spoke to a scab today who said there were about 7 of them who went in, last week he told me had worked it out that he could afford to strike especially the way we are being treated..

i have a new mortgage and a baby and live week by week with bills but my long term future is more important than a couple of days pay.

when will they wake up and realise we all need to stick together.

Ellon D.O in Aberdeenshire have only one member of staff out on strike.

Pathetic.
