Decided to go fishing for the day and i received a text from my wife informing me our mail had been delivered. It was delivered early aswell, before my son went to school.
Got home and sure enough, there were 5 letters there including October's Courier magazine.

Same here guys, my postman delivered our mail today, I managed to speak to him & asked why he was working, he's a full time employee & stated he couldn't afford to lose the money, well, im a part-timer in a different town & told him this but he didn't seem too bothered, he's been a R.M employee for 12 years & i've only been with the company 2 months but when you are fighting for your rights you should all stick together.

spoke to a scab today who said there were about 7 of them who went in, last week he told me had worked it out that he could afford to strike especially the way we are being treated..
i have a new mortgage and a baby and live week by week with bills but my long term future is more important than a couple of days pay.
when will they wake up and realise we all need to stick together.
