Help my china reg post item in heathrow now BACK to china!

Hi
hoping some one can help my registered post item from china has been in heathrow for 10days after arrival and now on the china post tracking sitr it says it has departed and returned to china! The tracking no is RB861657203CN
I have received no info from royal mail about a customs charge, as would usually happen, if there was one. The parcel contained jewellery making supplies worth about £18

Royal mail tracking said it's been at Heathrow since the 15th. Not sure why it has been sent back, maybe the sender failed to write an address or the had been some kind of error, or no customs have been paid.

Have you tried to contact the seller? Only they can help since RM is unable to speak to anyone else apart from the sender.

If there were customs charges I should have received at red RM card through the door the item had arrived at local post office. I will contact the seller

No, you would have received a grey card stating there is a customs fee to pay. That's if it came with RM and not via Parcel Force.
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?
