Don't think so.
I work in an office with a collection hub attached, and they don't get it. They get the £8 (or whatever it's up to now).
The supplements are payable to your function, not location.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.

To be clear what you should have said was:
Speaking only from personal experience, not all of the good points from the BT 2010 agreement have been implemented.
Because some of us have had all of those things.
Perhaps if your attitude to rolling over and accepting anything management want to do is symptomatic of your area, it is no wonder you haven't managed to get anything from the agreement.
Now - the 90%, can you back that figure up or did you simply make it up?

Does shouting FACT at the end of every sentence really increase the veracity of any statement?

Great and if you didn't get that before the deal you know where it comes from don't you? My D2D money.

I used to make an average of 30 quid a week doing d2D. Now it's less than half that and that money is going directly from me to you you bloody Mail Centre monkey. Try doing deliveries you wont be smiling so much then you smug git.

I'm down 800quid a year because of your greed.

They did.
It was a consultative ballot.
We said we wanted a no-strings pay deal.
