Don't think so.dave0876 wrote:if you work in a mail centre where delivery staff are based you get the twenty quid read the agreement doh
I work in an office with a collection hub attached, and they don't get it. They get the £8 (or whatever it's up to now).
The supplements are payable to your function, not location.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.

To be clear what you should have said was:dave0876 wrote:And i would also like to point out not one thing that was in that agreement that was beneficial for us has ever been implemented.
Speaking only from personal experience, not all of the good points from the BT 2010 agreement have been implemented.
Because some of us have had all of those things.
Perhaps if your attitude to rolling over and accepting anything management want to do is symptomatic of your area, it is no wonder you haven't managed to get anything from the agreement.
Now - the 90%, can you back that figure up or did you simply make it up?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Does shouting FACT at the end of every sentence really increase the veracity of any statement?

It was a consultative ballot.
We said we wanted a no-strings pay deal.
