Stuck at LONDON CENTRAL MAIL CENTRE
So,I ordered a package from Ebay,seller gave me the tracking code. 4 days ago,I've tracked it at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ,and it said that its "DESPATCHABLE TO HWDC AIRSURE". I was checking the shipment status until 15/10/13,and it's still THERE! "It's on its way"-thats what the Royal Mail keeps writing all the time.

If it doesn't turn up within the time specified by the seller, you need to get them to put in a claim with RM and either refund or replace the item for you.
It was only sent on the 11th, there's been a weekend inbetween then and now and it could either not have been scanned at HWDC and sent on, or there's a bit of a backlog and will be scanned shortly (or has already been scanned and it's just not updated on the system for whatever reason).
I wouldn't worry about the item just yet.
