You can make arrangements to call and collect everything from the Callers Office, but you cant choose which postie makes your deliveries.

Hmm was a bit curious what had gone on till i saw your other post.dick post wrote:How does one make a complaint about a specific postman?

If your dog has bitten or attacked a postman there is absolutely no point complaining, you are responsible for the postmans safety when your dog is aboutdick post wrote:If a dog bites a postman , what is the Royal Mails procedure ?
What is the postman instructed to do by Royal Mail after an incident with a dog?
Are rules for postmen/women regarding dogs different in Wales,Scotland or Northern Ireland?
You may receive a letter telling you to keep your dog under control in the future
You may receive a letter telling you that your post is being suspended
you may receive a visit from the police if the postman has rightly insisted that the matter is taken further,
In scotland if it was in your garden your in trouble, anywhere else if it was is in your garden is not yet "law" so police might not get involved

What precisely are you complaining about - was the postman's leg past it's sell by date and are you trying to get a fresher one for your dog ?
We wish to serve - but we will not be servile

Obviously the postman had smeared himself in pedigree chum and was leading the dog on.
