You dont lose calories until your heart rate has increased by so much , i dont think walking around does that

The runners , maybe yes
Exactly. People tramp about at 1mph dragging their feet, eat cr*p in the canteen at break time, smoke, are 5 stone overweight and claim they're fit because they walk a few miles a day. Yet if they ran 50 yards they'd collapse in a sweaty heap :funneh
Which was my point
What was?

Who is fat?
Who said it was the job's fault?
Who needs to get off their arse?
Are you talking to yourself?

Why?
Is it because they are fat?...what's that got to do with you?
Is it because they complain?...like you are doing now?
Is it because they ate the burger?...did you want it?

Because if you walk the streets for 4 hours every day, your body becomes used to that level of physical activity and you don't burn the calories off in the same way someone with a sedentary lifestyle would when they start to be physically active.
I reckon I burn off 0 calories each day out on delivery.

(I'm sure there are people out there with pedometers that would challenge that statement and I'm sure their devices are telling them they are burning off approx. 1 000 calories each day on delivery.)
4 hours walking consumes zero energy?
To the coffee machine every day carrying my thoughts for my people.

He has became very negative minded regarding his job and his duty's his symptoms are worrying

This will lead to stress , stress leads to depression

Depression is more than simply feeling unhappy or fed up for a few days.

We all go through spells of feeling down, but when you're depressed you feel persistently sad for weeks or months, rather than just a few days.

Some people still think that depression is trivial and not a genuine health condition. They're wrong. Depression is a real illness with real symptoms, and it's not a sign of weakness or something you can "snap out of" by "pulling yourself together".
The good news is that with the right treatment and support, most people can make a full recovery.

OP .. tell us more about how you are feeling .

I love complaining.I hate fat people who moan about being fat and do nothing to change it.I am fully entitled to my opinion.I can eat a burger any time i want if i so choose.Anything else you want to ask me Mr fishtank?

I swear some people on here are the victims of their own negativity. The job isn't easy by any means, but it's not the cause of all of one's ailments. In fact, I have noticed that two of the biggest Darren Andertons on here are the ones who feel compelled to come in early, so that they can work for quicker and for longer, and they are also, without exception, the biggest moaners on here also. Frankly, if the job ever reaches a point where it is going to cost me my health and well-being, I'll quit. If it reaches the point where it costs me my optimism, I'll quit. I don't know why many of you put yourselves second and your job first. If you need the money that badly you might as well just save yourselves the slow death and kill yourselves instead.

It's not really exercise, you need to do some proper exercise to lose the weight.
