Hi,

I wonder if anyone could help me with this. My parcel got sent to NRC belfast. Now on the tracking status it says
"held at enquiry off" does this mean it's waiting for me to contact Royal Mail to get it returned to me?? It had no return address, but I have already contacted Royal Mail with my address and the full content of parcel. Can anyone help??? i

Can you please try the tracking number here: http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and post what it outputs?

Patience its only been there for less than 24 hours they have to work through everything manually, at some point they should match your packet with the enquiry and sort it all out. It could take a fair bit of time

Here is a picture from an article Image

it gets 20,000,000 items a year = 384,600 a week = 64,000 a day = 2671 per hour = 44 per minute. :Very Happy

I did state this in my reply to the PM I was sent that it could be a few weeks as they often have quite a back log...
