She said 3 pm is acceptable too. Ahum!
Not only is she wrong, she said something that is completely irrelevant - it was due the day before it was delivered so even using her logic it was 21 hours late anyway.

I'm probably just thinking it was accidentally delayed due to weight or something?

By 1pm should usually mean by 1pm according to my manager however certain postcodes are exempt though? Including our whole area?
