Good Morning,
I ask this because I sent a package on the 24/09/13 and arrived on the 27/09/2013. Until now, my package is still on Langley and I'm getting worried because it's not the first time that someone stole or lost a package of mine.
Both on CTT, and Royal, the tracking details are the same.

It's been like that for a few years, the best guess is that the item is stuck in customs.
