I don't know about other countries but im from Portugal, and every single delivery that gets handled by GLS never gets delivered without me calling them. Every single delivery will show as "wrong address" or "could not delivery" which is cleary fake because either im at home at that time or even if im not they will never leave a notice in my mailbox so its impossible to know if they have the package unless you have the tracking number and know were to search...Worst of all is that i've experienced problems with them were the delivery shows up as delivered and signed in the royal mail tracking site and when i search on gls tracking site i see that its signed by some GLS parcel shop guy, so imagine you buy something and you never get it delivered, contact the seller, which will be doing the tracking on the royal mail site and will appear as delivered!
I've read numbers and numbers of complaints for this company here in Portugal, i still don't understand is why they keep handling royal mail packages with this kind of service.
