Hi there,
Someone sent me a registered (with Deutsch Post) package on the 3rd Sept. It arrived in the UK on the 5th Sept, but i havnt recieved it.
I tried the tracking number on the RM site, but as it ends in DE rather than GB, its says tracking unavailable, try again later. I telephoned RM but they said there was no record of it.
Could it be at customs or something? Its only the size and weight of 2 DVD;s or so.
EDIT - If it is stuck somewhere, customs or my local sorting office, how can i find out. Sitting and waiting is doing my head in.

Result:
Shipment number: RG350605904DE
The item was scanned in the country of destination United Kingdom at Sep 4, 2013.
Nothing on Royal Mail. Would it be worth ringing up my local sorting office?

Re: Registered Mail from Germany
Could it be at customs? Its only a small package though.
I usually get mail from Germany within 4 days of them sending it, this one is by registered mail and nothing so far,
Would it be worth me ringing up my local sorting office?

Re: Registered Mail from Germany
If your local DO had it, they would have attempted delivery or it would have at least been scanned as being there/out for delivery etc. I can't believe it could've missed a load of scans that way (although it is, like everything, always possible)
I'd assume it was still in customs and will be handed over to RM ASAP and then en route to you.
If you've not received it within the time specified by the seller/sender, you need to get them to either refund or resend and let them take the matter up with RM :)

Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?

Thanks mate, yeah customs seems the best bet atm. Considering the tracker said 'Arrived and scanned in the UK'
