eBay Parcel wrong address.
Hi, i purchased an item from eBay and I've accidentally sent it to the wrong property, i have 2 properties on the same road but different postcodes I've given the postcode of the property of which I'm living at but the address written to the other property. i was wondering if it was possible to go into the depot early in the morning to pick up the parcel to avoid confusion for myself and the postmen. I'm willing to take full proof and evidence that the parcel does belong to me and also i just don't want it turning up to my other property because I've given it out on rent and the lodgers could possibly steal the item or open it and unfortunately it's 1st Class standard so it does not require a signature so there is no proof to who has accepted the goods on the door.

Possibly, it's amazing what goes on in some delivery offices. 
You'll almost certainly need some proof that you are living at this other address.

Hi, Thanks For the reply, what sort of proof would be ideal? Previous letters? Council tax letter? or can i just print of my eBay invoice with the delivery details?
