No, an employee with over 2 years service would get a minimum of 26 weeks VR, according to your manager someone with 2 years service would get 8 weeks VR.needadvice wrote:So my manager was right then lolIt would probably be about one month for every year worked for MDEC staff
And someone with 20 years service would get the maximum of 104 weeks VR, but according to your manager they would get 80 weeks VR.
He/she might be right somewhere along the time scale.
