Hello,
I have recently bought an item from Japan and it arrived in the UK on the 23/08/2013 and the parcel force website states it's awaiting customs clearance. However I have spoken to customs who informed me the parcel was signed off by them at 23.18 hrs on 27/08/2013 and they have given me the total fees owed. I have re-contacted parcel force with this information but they are adamant the parcels still awaiting customs clearance!!!!
Anybody any idea what's going on here?

I was just wondering should the system update straight away when Customs give it a fee and release back to parcel force or once the fee's are known can it take a while for parcel force to actually update their systems?

It's probably best to call PF CS on 08448 00 44 66 open from 8.00am-7.00pm on weekdays and 8.30am-5.00pm on weekends

Hi,
I have rang the actual customer service line several times, though to be honest they are not helpful at all and just say we haven't got it. Though it's clearly somewhere and i was hoping for a number to the actual warehouse so somebody could check for my parcel.

I deal with PF CS occasionally as we are a business customer of theirs and they are usually helpful. Once you give them the tracking number, they usually put you through to the local depot. If you're not having any luck with the person you speak to, ask to speak with their supervisor or manager. I don't think there's a direct dial to the depot in Coventry when international items are handled.

Just did a Google search for Coventry International Hub phone number, comes up a few times on first page.
