Hello RMC,

I am expecting a package from Royal Mail since 8th August.

Trackdetails says:

Date-----------Time------Status-------------------------------------Track point
13/08/13-----12:39------DESPATCHABLE TOUK SD - RTS--------HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

It´s stuck since then :sad:

Is it lost or is it normal that the delivery takes so long to germany?

RTS means return to sender so I don't think you will be getting your package. It could have been returned because it is believed to contain prohibited goods, there have been changes to the rules recently.

Is that the only entry for it? What's the first two letters of the tracking number?

Could the sender have dispatched using a Special label instead of ISF or Airsure?

Can you reply back with the full tracking number so we can see any history on the parcel. From what you've given and the 'RTS' part in the tracking, looks like it's been sent back to the sender.
