Hey I'm just a bit confused and worried at the moment i send a birthday gift to a friend in Canada on the 19th of this month and I checked the tracking today and it says it was delivered on the 23rd of this month. But my friend hasn't received there package?
I know this is a to the door service so should I be worried or is the tracking system inaccurate?
