Hi guys,
On the 08/08/13 I ordered a new Samsung Tablet from littlewoods.com and upon checkout I selected next day delivery before 12:00pm. Unfortunately, this item has failed to arrive which was due more than 2 weeks ago.
The supplier has written back saying they will contact Royal Mail and reply within 3 working days. I contacted the supplier (littlewoods.com) on the 10/08/13, therefore, I believe I should have received a response by the 13/08/13. As a result, I made contact with them again and they have given me a RM tracking number. I entering this tracking number provided where I was greeted with the following message:
Signature of delivery for your item
Proof of Delivery is not yet available for this tracking reference
This is the tracking information via the supplier’s website:
9 August, 2013 12:36:00 Parcel delivered - with signature Royal Mail
9 August, 2013 06:35:00 Loaded onto van
9 August, 2013 05:53:00 Received at Royal Mail
9 August, 2013 04:06:00 In transit at Royal Mail
8 August, 2013 19:02:00 In transit at Royal Mail
8 August, 2013 17:44:00 Parcel collected Royal Mail
8 August, 2013 09:01:19 Despatched from warehouse Shaw
8 August, 2013 08:26:36 Order being processed at warehouse
I'm now becoming very frustrated by the length of time it is taking for customer services to react on this as every day that passes the harder it’s going to be to track my lost parcel. A friend informed me that they are supposed to scan signature cards within 72hrs, however, more than two weeks have passed since it was due and I'm still receiving the same message via the Royal Mail website. I have been down to my local delivery office where no one has been able to assist me.
Any advice regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Try the "tracking number" on here...

Yes, I have the tracking number, but where is say's 'Loaded onto Van' that is in the tracking list via littlewoods website, not RM website.

Re: Lost Parcel - No POD
It's stating that is was delivered at 12:36, similar information that is via littlewoods website. The thing is, I was only at home until about 11:45 that day as I had given up. This was because I saw our RM driver pull up and deliver a package to a house across the street which they refused, however, I know for a fact that wasn't my package as it was far too big to be a tablet device. I'm just praying that they haven't delivered the item to the incorrect block.

Are you sure it wasn't 1pm? There's no service that guarantees delivery before 12.Louis81 wrote:upon checkout I selected next day delivery before 12:00pm.
Can we have it? If you post it here, we might be able to interpret the tracking info.Louis81 wrote:they have given me a RM tracking number.
And you say it's not at your local Delivery Office, or they just won't even look if you don't have a red card? If it is there, it'll be sent back after 18 days (but if it were in your DO, that would show on the RM trackdetails)Louis81 wrote:more than two weeks have passed since it was due
