Parcel stuck at Heathrow Langley HWDC

IIRC Hong Kong International Recorded is not a scanned every step so it wont show on the system until delivery.

Hi,
I am posting on behalf of a friend in Canada who sent a package to a friend here in the UK. The package was tracked and arrived at Heathrow on 01/08/2013. It hasn't arrived yet so today I called RM for him to check where it was. It is still in Heathrow so he's just asked me to ask is there any way the the recipient can go and pick up the mail rather than wait for it to be sent to her?

Hello, I'm new here... Help please... I'm awaiting delivery of RI085525284BG, apparently a card was left for me but I never got it so now the parcel is in the process of being returned to the sender and it's tracking at Heathrow. Please can it be redelivered?

Nope, your item was held at your delivery office for about a month, you can track it here:

Looks like it flew out to senders country on 16th July. If you track it on the Bulgarian postal service website it only tracks the item when it was shipped, not when it was sent back to the sender:

How long i will have to wait to receive the parcel? And if there will any updates.

Are you sure its Hong Kong Post as it would end in HK - Not SG (Singapore)

However, in either case no they won't be any guaranteed update as both HK and SG standards are not trackable through the system. However, if there are any scans it will show. Once its cleared customs it will take 1 -3 days to get to you.

Hi,

I had a registered letter (containing an important document) arriving from Hungary to London, posted on 04.09.13. In my local sorting office they informed me that the letter has arrived to Heathrow at 15:46 on 08.09.13. But it seems it got stuck there.

Ref no: RR235494148HU

I tried to call the royal mail helpline that they gave me in the sorting office (08457740740) but I got repeatedly rejected by the voice-recognition of my ref no. Is there any way I can get further info about my letter or a way I can get the mail?

This page - http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails - normally shows more detailed tracking. For your item the page shows the item arriving at Heathrow on 7/9/13 at 15:46 with no further tracking.

Not all incoming foreign items get tracked all the way to delivery. It depends on the type of item and the agreements which Royal Mail has with the postal operator in the originating country.

Hi, I've ordered a parcel from Portugal about Month ago, and i didnt recieve yet. The track number shows that is at Langley HWDC, I've called so many times to Royal Mail customers services, but seems that no one can explain anything propely. Is it normal waiting for so long???? Is it lost???There's any valid number that i can call and sort out my problem?? My biggest concern is, i need to move out soon, and dont know what I can do to send my parcel to my new adress in case I'll don't get it in 3 weeks time. I need some help Please.

Well I've tried the website u sent to me, but unfortunately nothing happened, and now my track number doesn't work anymore. I really don't know what's going on.

Well, after all this mess, finally I got my parcel. I've been waiting for 5 weeks, for something that was delivered to my city (Leeds) on time, but because someone forgot to do their job propely, they had to sent back to HWDC, to sort out someone's mess, after that i don't know how, magically it turns up on my mail box on Saturday. Could've been worse if they have decided to send back to Portugal. Iam really disappointed with Langley HWDC. They ought pay me after all this trouble.
