Hi all!
I'm from Denmark, but ordered some goods from a UK website. They sent the package on July 4th and got me a tracking number. It was sent International Signed For. When I look at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it says:
04/07/13 21:10 DESPATCHABLE TOHWDC SIGNED FOR ROAD 2 NORTH WEST MIDLANDS MC
04/07/13 20:29 COLLECTED NORTH WEST MIDLANDS MC
In other words I have seen no update since the day the package left the sender.
My question is, is this status normal? - I mean, from what I can read here on this site is that when a package leaves the UK, Royal Mail cannot it anymore before it actually is reported delivered to the receiver.
But I haven't found a thread, where the track and trace was entirely similar to mine.
I just think 22 days (and counting) is a bit much from the UK to Denmark. Usually it takes my packages from the UK about a week to arrive.
Any advice is appreciated.
Kind Regards
Brian

Have you tried tracking it on the GLS Denmark site https://gls-group.eu/DK/da/home" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it may have been transferred to them.
If not try Post Danmark site http://www.postdanmark.dk/da/Sider/Post-Danmark.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I had tried Post Danmark, but just retried and also tried GLS. The number was unknown both places. :(TrueBlueTerrier wrote:Have you tried tracking it on the GLS Denmark site https://gls-group.eu/DK/da/home" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it may have been transferred to them.

Contact the site/seller and inform them, it does appear as though it is lost so they should refund you or send a replacement. They will also be able to make a claim against Royal Mail.
