Now this happens quite a bit, we have both recorded and special delivery items left in our porch without notification they have been delivered.
Quite often it is the same squirly signature and the name in the signee box is our company name.
Our outer door is unlocked so visitors can get to our door bell so anyone can come and take our post as we don't always know its there, we have asked him about not doing this and he always says it was not him it must have been the other driver. We have van delivery as we are on an industrial estate.
On checking the tracking numbers online, it also shows quite often that he must have signed them in advance as for example, signing time shows 8:10 and no one is on site till 8:45, and as we have to come in via that front door we would see the post.it doesn't normally get here till 11:00 on a normal day.

Leave the Postie a note/a sign to the effect that you don't want him to sign for your specials etc and if it continues happening you'll contact the local delivery office manager or customer services. It'll sharp stop as they could be for the chop for doing it. You obviously don't want that to happen but a note would make your feelings clear, if it continues they'll only have themselves to blame.
