sorry if I offended you. It was not my intention. I'm really pissed with this situation. It's hurting my business and my income. I had to find other suppliers outside UK that are more expensive but that don't have any GLS deliver problem.
Thank you for the website. It really works. It helps a bit. why didn't they told me that before when I called royal mail dozens of times? is it really that hard?
It solves a bit when I have a tracking number because eventually after many calls and complains to GLS and by threatening them with a lawsuit I eventually get my packaged delivered.
The problem is when there isn't a tracking number or when the number is not provided or when it's provided after the package was returned.
I hate GLS.
