Hello. I live in Sweden. There was a recommended letter sent to me from Poland but by mistake polish office sent it to UK instead of Sweden. I tracked this letter on both polish and royalmail tracking websites and it says that
*04/07/13 15:13 RECEIVED IN UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC*
I have already made a complaint in poland but with polish post i can wait ages... Can I get this letter somehow resend to Sweden ? I can give you the letter number.

It will be either sent back to Poland or forwarded to Sweden in due course.We have no affiliation with either Royal Mail or the Communications Workers Union (CWU), except that most of our members work for Royal Mail and/or are members of the CWU.

Thanks for information. Do you have any clue how much time it can take? I know that you are not able to say exactly but arround ...2 weeks...or 2 months. And again thank you very much :)
