Hello.
I have sent one pack as tracked special delivery.
The man I sent this pack doesn´t want it anymore and doesn´t want to receive it. He only wrote that he wont receive it.
On the tracking info on website is written:
We have your item
We have tried to deliver your item from our TWEEDALE Delivery Office before 13:25 on 24/06/13 and we have left a while you were out card.
I need to know if there are some other ways to return my pack faster than normal return period which is 15 or 18 days I think.
I need to have my pack back ASAP, fee is not a problem.
Could you help me please ?

Not much chance I'm afraid.
Until the 18 day waiting period has elapsed it is still in delivery mode awaiting collection by the recipient.
The only possible way to hurry it up would be if the person you sent it to went down to the delivery office that is holding it with his "while you were out card" and officially refused it.
Only then would it be returned to sender immediately.
