Hello, i'm new to this forum, and i'd like to ask a question about parcel delivery in Portugal.
I recently ordered something from game.co.uk to Portugal, and since its an international delivery, it is unsigned, meaning i cannot track where it currently is or where it has been. My question is WHO is the company responsible for delivering the parcel to me: GLS or CTT? I've heard GLS only delivers signed parcels, and CTT is in charge of everything else.
If that is the case, is it normal for it to be taking so long to arrive? I made the order on the 11th of june, and they said to wait 3-5 business days. Yesterday was the fifth day, and still no package :\ Is this normal?

International mail can take longer than 5 days at times. Do you happen to know the date your order was dispatched? As sometimes this can take a day or two, meaning the arrival date would be later still?

The order was dispatched in the same day it was placed. I ordered the item at 10:00 AM and got the dispatch confirmation at around 13:00.
EDIT: It arrived today, through CTT, so that answers my question. Thanks!
