i think it would be very interesting to see what the figures would look like if all the management pay grades had not off been included in the survey.
if people think that the figures are bad now, what would they think of the results if it had off been just now managerial staff filling in the forms.
what spin would RM have been able to put on the results.
i would like to see them change the question style, so that we could give an honest answer to how things really are within the company

if the other offices are like ours only 75% of staff fill the survey out because the rest are either on leave, day off or start later and don't get waste of time learning on a Tuesday
