i think it would be very interesting to see what the figures would look like if all the management pay grades had not off been included in the survey.

if people think that the figures are bad now, what would they think of the results if it had off been just now managerial staff filling in the forms.

what spin would RM have been able to put on the results.

i would like to see them change the question style, so that we could give an honest answer to how things really are within the company

The only questions we really need the results of are:
  • Section A: Your working life
    Q1 Please indicate how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with each of the following:
    • a: Your job at the present time
    • f: Your job security
    Q2 How motivated do you feel in your current job?
    Q3 Please indicate the extent to which you agree or disagree with the following statements:
    • f: I feel valued and recognised
  • Section C: Your immediate Line Manager
    Q5 Please indicate the extent to which you agree or disagree with the following statements:
    • a: Is available when needed
    • e: Communicates well with me
  • Section F: Well-being
    Q10 Please indicate the extent to which you agree or disagree with the following statements:
    • e: Royal Mail Group takes bullying and harassment seriously
    Q10g If you have been the recipient of bullying and harassment, who was it that bullied and harassed you?
    • A colleague
    • A manager
    • Someone you manage
    • A customer
  • Section H: Managing change
    Q13 Please indicate the extent to which you agree or disagree with the following statements:

This is the one that really made me laugh.

When I completed the survey I mentioned the fact that I was bullied in my early days. :evil/mad :cry
Mind you ; it is very easy to put up a quote like this. We all know that it does not reflect reality... but if you cherry pick then it is still factual?

if the other offices are like ours only 75% of staff fill the survey out because the rest are either on leave, day off or start later and don't get waste of time learning on a Tuesday
