contact them soon as it looks as though they can't find your address or they have the wrong address on the parcel.

Can anyone tell me wha'ts happening to package RU227160810GB?
RoyalMail on one hand says that has reached destination country, but GLS says it's in Germany?? And since 3 days ago - same message. On posta-romana.ro says package not found. It was sent on 20th of the month.. He should be arrived by now right? Thanks in advance.
