ordered item has not arrived

I'm afraid , I haven't received my last order within my country's delivery dispatch time (for Poland, Central Europe, it's 14 working days).
I've ordered clothes from the internet shop called Drop Dead Clothing many times before and I used to receive them within 4 days time (including item ordered just a day before i've ordered stuff which i haven't received so far)
In spite of the fact that i've ordered items during the Easter time, i am very anxious that it hasn't arrived yet.
I was trying to cantact with the shop but nobody answered me after the deadline (i only received an automated responses to let me know that shop's system has received my messages).
Legal Services Forum adviced me to contact with RM which is kind of responsible for the delivery. I'm afraid my order is lost, i cannot track it. I don't know what should i do in that case.
i'm looking forward for your prompt respond.

However, if the mail to Poland is routed through Russia then there are severe delays with the Russian Postal system, the Polish Government has apparently complained to them directly.

If they gave you a Royal Mail tracking number you could try that number here (http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) to see where it's got to in the system

Problems within Russia Post operations at Moscow DME Airport and at their processing facilities in Moscow are continuing. This is causing delays for Royal Mail items due for delivery in the country.. Royal Mail is working with Russia Post to both quantify the length of the delays expected and also to work on ways to minimise any of these delays.

Due to a fire which resulted in damage to all the servers at the Moscow Office of Exchange the acceptance, sorting and processing of all international mail (letters, parcels and EMS) has been suspended.

Update: 16th May 2013

We are still dispatching all mail products to Russia. Mail from the UK is not suspended but there may be some delays.
