Hi
I have sent the same parcel 3 times for it never to reach its destination.
Firstly it was sent to Glasgow correctly postmarked, card left but never acknowledged, so retuned back after nearly 4 weeks. (that card was left was disputed btw). So I try again, the same correct address and destination again. Never made it and retuned back to me 4 days later, no reason stated.
So, I send it for third time to a different person & address thinking it must get there this time, but No, after about 13 days I have refunded the buyer.
What is it with a medium sized parcel thats correctly stamped, why can't it be delivered ? I would love to hear an explaination for this.
And yes, I am complaining for each time its not reached its destination, this is the fist time I've had a problem with RM.

Re: Medium sized Parcel undelivered x3
Hi, 1st one sounds like not called for, ie card left but either got thrown out or not seen. 2nd one sounds like the return address has been either put on the front with the delivery address or the postage has been put on the wrong side, ie the side with the return address on or the return address is written larger than the delivery address. 3rd one sounds as if, again a card has been left as the item has not been returned this time, because 13 days is to long. I would get the addressee to pop in to the local delivery office because it can't be anywhere else. Jimgus49er wrote:Hi

Re: Medium sized Parcel undelivered x3
Are you re-sending it in the original packaging?
If so does the item have the words "P739 left","SN left" or another variation and the words "Not called for" or "Not Collected" written on it.
If it does the postman probably thinks it's already been attempted and should be returned to sender.
Hence the boomerang effect.
Always make sure you remove or cover any existing endorsements before re-sending an item.

Re: Medium sized Parcel undelivered x3
Thanks for you replies,
It was the same original packaging each time.
I think there was a bit of information left on the outside indicating P739 or something similar I can't exactly recall now, ... but there was some code or letters on the back/side that I recall. I did remove the red endorsement though. Guess that was it. Everything else was correct.
cheers
