At the outset to thank all the people who reply me
Topic that I have a friend sent me a gift for iPad from London and I am a resident of Egypt, I learned that some people do stealing cards and credit do the job in purchases on the net and then they send these purchases to someone in another country and upon receipt of such purchases do downloaded value purchases Viema knows Charge back] so please advise me what legal procedures and documents to make sure that this gift intact and not stolen or be responsible for any future legal burdens

I think you need to be talking to your bank. I doubt any of us on here can help answer your question.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
