No

You were fine at So if I don't have time - but then you made the decision which is the managers job.

It doesn't matter what the work is,if you have more to deliver (including D2Ds) that you think you can get done in your contract time then inform the manager at the earliest opportunity.

The manager then has a decision to make and it can be offering you overtime, getting someone else to do it on overtime, using spare staff, streaming, delaying the choices are endless but they all have the same component - its the manager that makes the decision on what to do not your good self.

There is a "Overrunning Deliveries" document in downloads that has the official procedure check that out as well.

When will these guys understand that you dont start your delivery until your indoor work is completed :arrrghhh :arrrghhh If management want it any other way, they tell you what to do and what indoor work to leave. We just follow like sheep, because the Shepherd gets the big wages and we get the grass. The only good thing is we can tell the sheep dog when to f.ck off and thats at the end of our duty time.

The principle of contradiction is the second of the three classic laws of thought. It states that contradictory statements cannot both be true in the same sense at the same time, e.g. the two propositions "A is B" and "A is not B" are mutually exclusive.
The principle was stated as a theorem of propositional logic by Russell and Whitehead in Principia Mathematica as:

It's a common misconception among delivery staff that outdoor work takes precedence over indoor work.
I don't know how it came to be that way but we've all been through it.
Since you have to do the indoor work first it really can't be true can it?
Wow, that's a bit deep.
